All Hours Suicide Support Service (AHS)

Formerly known as ATAPs, the All Hours Suicide Support Service (AHS) is a specialised and national suicide helpline designed to support the clients of the Primary Health Networks when their allied health provider is not available. Our counsellors support people at risk of suicide and self-harm.

Suicide Call Back Service

Suicide Call Back Service is a national counselling service for people affected by suicide. Staffed by professional counsellors who specialise in suicide-related issues, we help clients work through their pain and distress.

SuicideLine Victoria

SuicideLine Victoria is a specialist suicide prevention counselling service for people living in Victoria. We provide support to anyone who is thinking about suicide (suicide prevention), worried about someone else, or bereaved by suicide. We also provide support for other emotional and mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression and relationship concerns.

  • 24/7 professional online counselling – web chat and video counselling

CAREinMIND Suicide Prevention Service

CAREinMIND Suicide Prevention Service (SPS) provides the intake, assessment and allocation of referrals for clients who have a heightened risk of suicide. SPS is one component of a system of care that promotes a person-centred approach, matching support to the individual according to their specific needs.

Services provided:

  • Referral, intake and assessment of clients
  • Immediate counselling
  • Allocations of low to medium risk clients to CAREinMIND providers
  • Detailed call activity and service performance reporting.

StandBy Support after Suicide

On the Line provides the after-hours support for StandBy – Support after Suicide. The service offers support and counselling to people who are impacted by suicide.

National Redress Scheme – Suicide Call Back Service

The National Redress Scheme is in response to the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse. The National Redress Scheme provides support to people who experienced institutional child sexual abuse.

Suicide Call Back Service is one of the free Redress Support Services available before, during and after redress with practical and emotional counselling support, available 24 hours, seven days a week.
