New CEO appointed at On the Line

On the Line Australia is delighted to announce the appointment of Samantha Fredericks as CEO, effective 10 April 2020.

Samantha has been a vital member of the executive team since 2017 and will take over from Kim O’Neill, who led On the Line for four years.

At On the Line, Samantha led the Business Strategy and Innovation team, responsible for growth, contracts, marketing, and innovation. During this time, the team achieved record growth and exceeded targets each year.

Previously, Samantha has held leadership positions helping corporates, government, entrepreneurial ventures, and start-ups devise and implement strategies to drive revenue, market share and growth.

Samantha holds Bachelor degrees in Science, Arts and Psychology, an MBA, and Honours level degrees in Organic Chemistry and Psychology. She recently completed a Masters in Psychology and is a registered psychologist (provisional).

Samantha Fredericks said: “I am honoured and excited to be appointed as the new CEO for On the Line. I look forward to continuing working with the extraordinary team at the organisation. We have a clear transformation strategy and a recent track record of growth, which we will build upon.”

On the Line would like to thank outgoing CEO Kim O’Neill, for her significant contribution to the organisation. During Kim’s tenure, On the Line achieved 74% growth in revenue and added 16 new service lines, while improving performance levels.

Kim O’Neill said: “It has been a privilege to lead On the Line through a period of significant growth and transformation. I am very proud of the work the team has produced in the last four years, and I wish everyone the best for the future.”
