Clinical Services Manager
A newly created position is available for a Clinical Services Manager to join our Operations and Service department.
Reporting to the Head of Operations and Service Development, the Clinical Services Manager will be responsible for providing best practice clinical leadership and guidance. Embedding robust practice and clinical systems across the organisation to ensure the delivery of high quality mental health services, is a key aspect of this role. As is the development and implementation of a clinical supervision model and overseeing clinical supervision.
The Clinical Services Manager will also have a case load.
This role may be assumed on a 5 days a week basis or a 4 day a week basis (pro-rata).

Minimum selection criteria:
- Degree in counselling, psychology, social work or similar
- Minimum of 456 hours post-study counselling experience
- Available to work any shift
