Counsellor - Expressions of interest
Your role is to provide professional, specialist counselling, information and referrals to clients via telephone, webchat and video modalities.
You’ll also engage and support our clients by managing risk, providing counselling and communicating options for on-going support.
General administrative duties include accurately entering statistical data, using a range of computer and online programs, updating case notes, and assisting with research and service evaluations.
