On the Line’s phone counselling services are open throughout December

For many people, the festive season magnifies financial issues, family conflict and loneliness, and increases stress. As such, it is imperative for On the Line phone and online counselling services to be open throughout December and January, including public holidays.

If you have had a challenging year and need to talk to someone, our counsellors can help you through any issues you may be experiencing. Our helplines are a free service, and most are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

New South Wales

Mind Health – Available between 7am and 9pm Monday to Saturday

Free professional phone and online counselling are available for people living or working in the Hunter New England and Central Coast regions. Our counsellors can help with anxiety, relationship concerns, stress and wellbeing.

 

South Australia

Regional Access – Available 24/7
