Regional Access is a free professional phone counselling service for people living or working in regional South Australia. Our trained counsellors will listen and help you develop strategies to manage what is causing you to feel stressed or overwhelmed.
SuicideLine Victoria – Available 24/7
SuicideLine Victoria helpline helps Victorians who are concerned about their mental health. Don’t let it build up – one of our qualified counsellors can talk through your issues and help you find support.
CAREinMIND Wellbeing Support Service – Available 24/7
People living or working in Melbourne’s northern, central and western suburbs can access free online and phone counselling. Our professional counsellors support people who are experiencing the pressures and stresses of everyday life.
