Counselling service for people in north, central and western Melbourne

A free telephone and online counselling service is available to help people in the north, central or western suburbs of Melbourne who are feeling the pressures and stresses of everyday life.

The service is called CAREinMIND™ Wellbeing Support Service and is funded by the North Western Melbourne Primary Health Network and delivered by On the Line. Professionally trained counsellors are available 24/7 to listen, support and encourage people to connect with others and improve their wellbeing.

Kim O’Neill, Chief Executive at On the Line, said, “We are pleased to be partnering with the North Western Melbourne Primary Health Network to deliver CAREinMIND™. The availability of the service just before Christmas is especially timely as many people may struggle with loneliness and sadness over the season. Our counsellors have the expertise to offer practical advice, and they can help clients to build their resilience.”

CAREinMIND™ is available through the website or by calling 1300 096 269.
