We are pleased to announce a new partnership with the North Western Melbourne Primary Health Network (NWPHN). On The Line will be supporting the NWPHN vision of improving the health of everyone in the region by providing low-intensity mental health telephone and online support for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The new counselling service will complement existing services, with capacity to integrate with other parts of the local mental health system. This service will be a vital component of the services delivered in North Western Melbourne and will enable people to access the right care at the right time, both in and out of hours.
