Our funding partners come from a wide cross section of the Australian community – from federal and state government departments, to Primary Health Networks and industry peak bodies. On the Line works closely with these organisations to deliver effective services that meet the unique needs of each group.

Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care
On the Line is contracted by the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care to deliver the Suicide Call Back Service and the All Hours Support Service (AHS). These services have been developed by On the Line to reduce suicide rates and the impact of suicide across Australia.
The Suicide Call Back Service is a free 24-hour, nationwide service that provides telephone and online counselling to people who are suicidal, caring for someone who is suicidal, people bereaved by suicide, and health professionals supporting people affected by suicide.
The All Hours Support Service (AHS) is a free specialist telephone counselling service, designed to support patients of the Primary Health Networks (PHN) when their allied health provider is not available. On the Line works alongside GPs, mental health professionals, allied health professionals and PHNs to support patients at risk of suicide or self-harm.

Australian Government Department of Social Services
On the Line delivers MensLine Australia on behalf of the Department of Social Services. MensLine Australia is a national telephone and online support, information and referral service for men with family and relationship concerns.
MensLine Australia offers free telephone, web chat and video counselling 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A callback service offers ongoing support through a service of up to six sessions. Additionally, the service provides counselling and support for people affected by the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse.
On the Line also operates MensLine Australia Changing for Good on behalf of the Department of Social Services. Changing for Good is a program that provides counselling for men who want to develop healthy, respectful relationships with others. We work with men to help them recognise their abusive behaviours and end their use of violence. By providing ongoing support, specialist counselling and resources, our goal is to help men make and sustain changes in violent or abusive behaviours as well as attitudes that support violent behaviours.

Victorian Government
On the Line is supported by the Victorian Government to deliver the SuicideLine Victoria Service. This service has been developed by On the Line to reduce suicide rates and the impact of suicide across Victoria.
SuicideLine Victoria is a free 24-hour service that provides telephone and online counselling support for people at risk of suicide and anyone experiencing mental health issues.

Australian Institute of Conveyancers New South Wales Division
On the Line delivers AICNSW Care, a professional counselling phone service, from Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM. Available to all AICNSW members and their families, the service helps those who are feeling the pressures and stresses of everyday life.

Country SA PHN
On the Line delivers Regional Access on behalf of Country SA PHN (CSAPHN). A free 24/7 intake and assessment, low intensity counselling service for people who live and work in regional South Australia.
Professionally trained counsellors are ready to listen, support and encourage via the helpline, providing individual strategies to best manage situations and provide further support.

Hunter New England and Central Coast PHN
On the Line delivers Mind Health on behalf of Hunter New England and Central Coast PHN. Mind Health is a free professional counselling service operating between 7am and 9pm Monday to Saturday for people 15 years and older living or working in the Hunter New England and Central Coast regions.

North Western Melbourne PHN
On the Line delivers CAREinMIND Wellbeing Support Service on behalf of North Western Melbourne PHN. CAREinMIND is a free 24/7 intake and assessment, low intensity counselling service for people who live in North Western Melbourne.
On the Line also delivers the CAREinMIND Suicide Prevention Service that provides intake, assessment and referrals to GP patients within the PHN region.

Travellers Aid
On the Line delivers the remote Employee Assistance Line for Travellers Aid employees and volunteers, a 24/7 telephone counselling and support service.
